Everything else is based on someone's skin blend (I have to say I dislike it but that's personal preference) and there are bits missing which I've improvised with. OK - it's not perfect because the person who made those skins was really only interested in the child and female teen appearance. It's here - get it quickly because I'm going to delete that one pretty soon.

I also corrected the spelling error on the swatch because that was going to drive me up the wall. Obviously the child will show up as bruised and the female teen with the cuts. I combined the skins to save on file space. I realise you're probably doing it for a story and this is not a personal judgement of you in any way, but that site is pretty horrid too. The brusies and cuts don't persist obviously if the sims age up. If you use the other age and gender combinations you will probably notice little oddities. I'm guessing you want this for a story though rather than normal gameplay so that should be ok.
